This cemetery is an endowment care cemetery. Endowment care means the general care and maintenance of all developed portions of the cemetery and memorials erected thereon. Contracts for goods and services shall include five days during which the purchaser is extended the privilege of cancelling the purchase contract.

Requirement: All bodies to be entombed must be embalmed and in a satisfactory state of preservation at the time of entombment.
Urn requirement: Cast Bronze urn or urn of similar quality. Must be approved prior to placement.
Casket Requirement: Casket must be rigid material with handles and able to withstand crypt interment.

Belle Passi Mausoleum has the right to refuse any non-standard urn or casket.

ADORNMENT POLICY

Fresh Flowers: Permitted any time of year on crypts and niches. Vases are available to be used with the existing buttons. Glass vases and jars are not permitted because of danger of breakage and injury to visitors and staff. Flowers which are no longer fresh will be removed to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the mausoleum.

Artificial flowers and potted plants: Permitted on crypts and niches from November 1st through March 1st. As with fresh flowers, glass vases and jars are not permitted to avoid the danger of breakage and injury to visitors and staff. Flowers which are no longer fresh will be removed to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the mausoleum.

Pictures: Must meet mausoleum requirements. Contact mausoleum management for further information.

Memorabilia: All items with the exception of those mentioned above (flowers and pictures) must meet the approval of the mausoleum management. Any items not approved by mausoleum management are subject to removal and disposal.

This facility is Licensed by the Oregon State Mortuary and Cemetery Board
