He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Barbara Evans Haworth; his 3 sons, Lyle (Vicki) Haworth of Silverton, Doug (Margaret) Haworth of Canby, and Brian Haworth; 7 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. No services will be held at his request. Inurnment will be at Belle Passi Memorial Mausoleum in Woodburn, OR.
